Ask Me a Stupid Question

So, he claimed, contrary to popular belief – there’s no such thing as stupid question; stupid question do exists. I believe him. Never met this guy, but what he said really makes sense. For example, What is 1+1? That’s a valid question, and no matter how stupid it may sound, it isn’t if you really want to know the answer.

What is 1+1? normally becomes a stupid question because the people, who asked you the question already knew the answer. So they don’t really care about the answer. You can always call them off - Are you sure you are not stupid mate?

Imagine a year old girl comes to you and ask – What is 1+1? She looks at you, eagerly waiting for an answer, with her cute big eyes.

Is it still a stupid question?
